What is weather anyway?

Weather is fascinating when you notice it. It describes the state of the whole atmosphere at any moment in time. Rain, wind, cloud, sunshine are all elements of weather and are ever changing. Have you spotted any rainbows recently? Have you noticed the clouds or the direction of the rain? the sogginess of the ground? the force of the wind? There's so much to learn about the ways of weather. We use terms like temperature, pressure, cloudiness, precipitation to describe the weather.

What is an art note?
